Carbon is still actual yes (TCl/TK Aqua is in Carbon)
I said it was a fantasm because the coders of TCL-Tk Aqua on Mac (and
one coder is working at Apple) didn't suceed when he tried to do it
with TkDnd. Try it but good luck!
