Thanks Karel for seconding me :P I think aMSN should be what it is : a
clone of the official client..
The official client puts buddy icon instead of a 'nopic' so we should do
the same (official client doesn't even have a nopic icon when user has no
DP, only some kind of buddy icon WHILE DP is being downloaded...)
the dps_in_cl should mean "show DP if available", not "show a DP whatever
it is, even if he has none".. the nopic DP is there only to show people
who have no DP when a user requests to 'see' it in a chat window...

That's an argument for not having DPs on the contact list at all, not
for having them only on people with a pic...
