Looks like a simple user, didn't check his profile, but SF would send a mail from [EMAIL PROTECTED] or something, not from [EMAIL PROTECTED] he's probably thinking he's intelligent enough to monitor the server's performance, answer him, yell at him, do it my way and get the stream off :D p.s.: you might also want to check if he's at least partially, right.
