I supose a mailling list is not better
Is there a way to have some kind of php file tracker somewhere on the
website?

IMO we should have a tracker for plugins, a tracker for skins,
and remove the mailling list for amsn-skins.
Someone had trouble uploading a skin to the tracker.... file limit

Sending files to this mailling list is a pain and it's a lot
easier to keep in touch with skins commited or not-yet commited
with the tracking system.
