[Amsn-devel] add emoticon bug (low priority)

if you put "-mydescr" or "--mydescr" as a description for an emoticon (why should you? well, i did :P) you have a crash, because it is interpreted as a tcl command. you should escape the hyphen(s) or either prevent the user to use such a combination :)
