I forgot Ctrl+M has a binding:

bind . <Control-m> { degt_ns_command_win_toggle }

shall I just change this binding (because I don't want users to stumble on 
it, that user probably has!) and implement it for the menu? Or drop the 
binding for menu? I think that those who will need the current ctrl+m 
binding anyway are watching amsn-devel, so they will know about the 
change...
