I did a check in the amsn-0.95 sources using my script, and it seems most keys weren't used back then either. These two were used however:
newtabbedfeature
updateonlycurrentlanguage
I couldn't find the others, so does that mean it's safe to remove them?

your language, and remove those keys, but they are still used in AMSN
0.95, then people who update the language will miss them :)
So it's better to keep them even if they are not used, at least until
we release latest version.
