Removed:
- fix webcam pause + reflector <-- Youness' fix doesn't work, we never
send paused headers when using reflector
p.s.: Vivia, you didn't specify in your last email that you readded this
one. Also, can you test it because I thnk I found why it didn't work, but
I have no way to test it.

- During a file transfer, keep the 'Open Directory' enabled all the time.
(billiob's code, he hadn't committed though because of the
extra-switch-pattern bug)
