Yes, problem with everyone, and yes, we cna't send from webserver, and the
DB/cron job trick was used for the bug reporting system, but this is
phpBB's code, so their code nees to be modified to implement this. Karol
proposed to do it a long time ago, i said it's not necessary to waste his
time on this.. if you think otherwise... say so, I might also change my
mind :p

P.S. I know you can't directly send email from the webservers but you
can queue them in the database and send them in a cron job on the shell
servers.
