anyways, if he's talking about a discitonary or a translator, maybe he can
use the whatis plugin or another plugin or create his own plugin for
translating the text...
maybe a simple answer like "look in the plugins' page, there is a plugin
that can translate text using an online translator, download it, install
it, use it" would be a sufficient answer for him.
