i think that paying developpers to get more features could be a good idea, there are some missing functions like winks voice clips and games, maybe when we hire someone to do that job he would do it faster, or maybe the money can be used for more testing resources, actually maybe the developpers can get some of the money, the main developpers now as a reward to there work, if someone makes a plugin faster maybe you can give him a small amount, that way the money can be split according to the work each dev is doing.
now finally i'm new here so i don't know much about the developpment process or how things go in aMSN team but i think more money to the project is ofcourse a good thing.
