Unfortunately yes. That's a direct dump of what we receive from the 
socket, this is the reason why no other video players support them. But 
it's an EXTREMELY highly requested feature. There is a way to play/convert 
them under Windows:

(Should try either recompiling for Linux or running under Wine!)

VLC also had plans for supporting playback of these files, so any feature 
requests should go there. For now, it's a hassle to convert webcam logs to 
another format inside aMSN and we're having other priorities, but nothing 
is impossible (Youness had some ideas!)
