btw, I saw some inconsistencies in the page, we had some :
[#|back to top]
and we had some
[[#|back to top]]
I don't know the difference, but it's probably different.. anyways, I
changed all of them into {{top}}
so you can go edit this page :

to change this 'top' template and change all instances of 'back to top'..
also, I made it into :
[[#toc|Back to top]]
I found out that 'toc' is an existing label that refers to the table of
content... we could also use [[#top|Back to top]] where #top also exist
and refers to the top of the page, but not exactly the top, you won't see
the 'discussion' and 'edit' button in the top of the page, you'll be right
before the start of the introductory text.. I figured it's better not to
put that, so I used 'toc' instead of 'top'...
what do others think ?
