All I can say (and it was said before) is that this is what the GPL is designed for (and some other licenses as well). But of course it doesn't technically prevent someone from using the code, or use some information found in it. Danny, if you read this: feel free to use the lib but IF you do, you are obliged to comply with the license it is released under (it will probably mean that you will have to release your source as well, of which you will find out, if you do, is a great thing for both you and the community. First thing is you can prove all these guys wrong that say you are selfish, and the second thing is you will find out the open source community is one that doesn't only take, but gives lots back as well).
