Youness is right. When you start a forum, it's good to help users and be there all the time. But the forum has been there for long enough. When the forum has been there for long enough, you have power users (not on amsn development team) that like to answer to other people for some reasons and you can let the forum in good hands with theses people.. I had the mac forum before this forum was created and I was like you at the beginning, ALWAYS ON THE FORUM. But I got tired of some users always angry and that never say thank you so now I can leave the forum to other people, and I keep a RSS link of the forum so I can just know if there's a big problem on the forums.
