SO unnatural.. I knew we could drag a user but I kept trying to do it until I found middle button.. I can't imagine a user who doesn't know how to do it... I also suggested to Tom that when we drag a user, the group in which the user is going to be dragged should be highlited (along with all its users if possible)... it's this way in the official client and I really like it, allows you to easily see where you'll put the user.
