Its a pity that the 'always on top' is not possible, but okay, if its not possible, we can't do it....
For the 'my own webcam' window, it feels uncomfortable to me that there could be multiple of them. Feels like plain waste of resources. Why not have the gui such that you can pause/stop per contact all in one window? But personally I don't care very much about that, I hardly ever have various people watching my webcam at the same time. For the title everything is fine with me, if it is just something sensible and different from the title of the window viewing a contact's webcam. Giving webcam windows an icon is a nice idea.
