Off course the icon/colors should change if it were to be implemented and the term "Blogposts:" should change to "New posts on $blogname:" or something... but you get the idea. This mockup is better than WLM's UI in my idea as it's better for a lot of reasons UI wise. Still it has the "star" , the button to click to get the information you want, on the same place.
