Personally I'm not a huge fan of MrJo's skin :-( It doesn't work well
unless you modify your system look as well (which on OS X is not a
particularly easy thing to do..)
But!! There is another one. aDarwin V.5.5 integrates really well with
OS X (without the brushed metal look I think). All the aDarwin skins
have been really high quality, and integrate well with the dock icon
used with aMSN Mac.
The author (BoneFill) has also designed a new dock icon for the OS X
version (he is also the author of the original icon). The only thing
I've noticed, is that in the contact list it says "aDarwin", rather
than "aMSN", but I'm sure BoneFill would be happy to update this!
I did actually talk to him about using this as the default skin for
0.97, and he seemed happy about it. I was thinking of doing a poll on
Cocoaforge? But maybe it's best to keep it on the ML...

skin, but it will be different, it's

The difference between emerald and the new default is that
emerald is
mainly 'Gus's skin', and will
represent Gus's ideas, while the new default will be 'our skin',

it will represent more of our ideas and
the user's ideas..
for example, Emerald have an emerald as background, we wouldn't
want that,
right ? Gus made his skins so that
"those who liked them" would choose them, but we want the new
default as
someone that "everyone will like".
Lee (clear_beast) will also be working with Gus for this new
skin (as in
teamwork). Gus, you should listen to
Lee as he has more understanding of the user's point of view,
and can be a
great asset for your work.
