Hello, I was looking at Coccinella's file structure and I saw an extension that Mats uses : tktray I looked it up and : http://sw4me.com/wiki/Tktray
You'll also find info about it in here : http://wiki.tcl.tk/5972 and finally a page that might be usefull : http://wiki.tcl.tk/4090 maybe tktray is perfect for us.. it's simple, manages transparency, autoresizes itself and everything, you can set a -visible true/false to hide mail icon, so when a new mail is receive, we only unhide it which will make it appear next to the amsn icon, not someplace far away from it. read all about it. should we use this extension instead ? since it looks good ? maybe just test it? at least, it will be easier to switch to the new extension rather than try to fix that damn bug where the image is screwed up in linux... what you guys (who uses it) think ?
