This would be due to the fact that we can't create commit scripts like we did
in CVS. Apparently the commit scripting in SVN is too powerful for SourceForge
to allow us to create our own scripts (where as we were able to in CVS). In cvs
we wrote a script that said any time that the langen file is committed it
should send an email. However with SVN we only have the option of sending an
email when any file is changed, we can not specify only when 1 file is changed.

So you have 3 options, none of them ideal (in order of my recommendation).
- Subscribe to amsn-commits mailing list (which is emailed every time a file is
checked in) and filter the emails so that your mail client deletes them all
except for mails that contain the text "trunk/amsn/lang/langen"
- Contact sourceforge and try to get them to enable the filtering in the 'hook
script'. I have already posted a feature request
(https://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1489462&group_id=1&atid=350001)
 - which explains what is required. If that is enabled then we could filter it
like we did for cvs.
- Don't receive notification and just keep checking from time to time.

The only other option that I can think of is for someone to subscribe to
amsn-commits and then filter locally (on their home pc, or maybe our web
server?) for any commits to langen and then forward it on to amsn-lang.

I hope that clears things up for you.

Lio.
