From what I can see 'skins/default/desktop-icons/' contains newly designed
icons.   icons/  contains the older icons that were used for the program.  I
think icons/ is the correct place for the program icons, as they should not
be determined by the skin, so we should move the ones from
'skins/default/desktop-icons' into the existing icons/ directory.
