ok, I understand and respect your point, it has indeed good value. let's just hope we'll focus some more on the GUI at some time.. I know I hate GUI stuff, vivia hates it too, and the rare GUI guys are usually inactive :p about the file transfer, it's very easy to have it inlined.. :p in the same way we have smileys in a text widget, we just do a 'insert image' well, with Tk text widget we can do a 'insert window' and we can embed a whole window/frame inside the tk text widget, and we can put whatever we want in it... we're just too lazy to do it :p
