ok.. but I really don't like the sending of the message (like you proposed for 
urls) because of 
internationalization.
altering the url with [AMSN] is cool, but I think it would be better to replace 
the dot by %2E 
like
http://test.com/script%2Ephp 
the %2E gets replaced by a dot when it gets to the browser... 
for things that aren't in a url, we could just put a space as separator, like : 
"t u f o t o " instead of 
"tufoto" I don't think it would bother in that case, the real issue would be 
with urls, which once escaped can 
go through the censorship thing without problems. The important thing is to be 
able to click the url and get the 
normal behavior (could be dangerous but who cares?:p)
