mmm.. I just built recently-launched tcl/tk 8.5a6 (well, from
debianized sources via apt-build) and I must recognize it's not a
resource hog anymore. Last time I tried 8.5, it was a full cpu-hog...

I think I'll be using it and see what happens. I don't leave amsn
opened for days, and in the periods I've tried 8.5 i didn't notice any
memleak, so it's ok 4 me :)
