I understand the concerns, and your points are valid.
The compromise I suggested is a good solution I guess, as long as it has a 
'remember my choice' option. I'm just afraid it would make too 
many windows asking the user his choice (we got one for quit/dock, one for 
close all tabs, one for the menus disappearing, etc..) 
I didn't update tot he latest svn yet to see how you implemented that, did you 
implement the compromise of asking the user ? 
No need to revert the change, if a msgbox is shown.
