I have two suggestions. I write on ML and not in forum, to not create
confusion or whatever...
A)
In topCL we have: "My status" it's only used to indicate a personal state
that we are using, while the real state is near the our nick.
When we have the size of main windows < of the size of the nick + size of
the status, we have two case:
1) we see only a part of the status name
2) we don't see the status name (and maybe we cannot see also a part of our
nick).
It's almost ugly don't see the status name, because we can forget it! We can
look in systemtray but some status icons are equal...
Then it's more logic to see the status name near a label "My status"...
So what i want to say:
Put the real status near to "My status" and not near the nickname, when we
are using a personal status we can have:
My status: $RealStatus - $CustomStateName
or before $Custom... and then $Real...
but just using "My status" in a logic way!
B)
Create a canvas button on the right of the topCL to have a "button" that
indicate how many emails we have and remove "No new message Inbox" or
whatever... in the same way that wlm does.
I just want to know what do you think about: if you agree or don't, what you
would change, etc...
I am not telling that we have to do it for tomorrow or tonight, but if
nobody want to do that i can TRY when i will have spare time.
