It has been reported by a user
(http://forums.cocoaforge.com/viewtopic.php?t=16531
) that making custom emoticons with triggers from the default emoticon
set (IE: :), :(, :S) will get sent as custom smileys to a client, but
will be displayed as the default emoticon (from the skin) in our chat
window.

Should the be changed so that:
a) We don't allow custom smiley triggers to override the default set??
b) Or so custom smileys take precedence over the default ones when in
a chat?
