All the information is on screen. Most of the information that is
shown in the balloon is stuff that get's hid underneath it while
shown (in most occasions), except the account information, but this
is shown in the titlebar of the window normally. (if this is not
the case in some situations - different OS's or st - this should be
the only info kept)
What I suggest though is to add information that should be in a pop-
up balloon window, namely giving a hint toiwards the user about what
he's pointing to. For instance you could have a message saying
"click here to make changes to your DP, nickname, PSM or status" or
shorter "Click here to make changes to your IM presence"
