I will suggest that you use the images from amsn 0.x for any icon/smilies you need. Either way it's something that needs to be skinned, so I don't know how the skinning system works yet, but it should be taken into consideration. for 3, there's nothing official, so wherever you can host them is good. > That's it for now.
