IIRC, in the initial iterations of the current anaconda (i.e. in F18),
INSTALLATION DESTINATION was not mandatory and would auto-configure
itself when possible. We explicitly chose to move away from that and
require the user to at least visit it and confirm the defaults. I don't
entirely recall why, but presumably we had a reason.
