Sorry, it was my fault that this question got posted twice.
They should show up in the Directory Report and the Request Report. For
the Directory Report, you will need a command like SUBDIR http://*/
I don't know what the problem with the Request Report could be -- maybe
none of them got enough requests to get on the report?
