[analog-help] Execution problem

I get the following errors when I try to execute analog:

 

 

./analog: Warning F: Failed to open configuration file
  /usr/local/etc/httpd/analog/analog.cfg: ignoring it
  (For help on all errors and warnings, see docs/errors.html)
./analog: Warning F: Failed to open language file
  /usr/local/etc/httpd/analog/lang/uk.lng: ignoring it
./analog: Fatal error: Can't find language file
  /usr/local/etc/httpd/analog/lang/uk.lng: exiting 

 

However, the analog.cfg file does exist and it is in the directory with the
executable (/usr/local/etc/httpd/analog/). 

I tried many hours to solve this problem, but I could not fix it.

 

Please help me.
