I have got a simplified version of one that allows you to enter a
config file, exclude, include and from and to line. The results are
then stored in a file called temp.cfg which you can run analog with.
It is run in a dos window is quite simple. I tried to get it to run
analog for me as well, but analog couldn't seem to open the
requested config file when run. I am not sure why.
I have been toying with the idea of a config file editor. That would
allow you to select a command and enter the line for it. I have been
keeping it on the back burner for now and concentrating on my
website. It would be run in a dos window and most likely have you
choose a number from a list of options. It would be donor ware. The
executable is free and a donation would be appreciated and will get
you the source.
If you wish I can email you a copy of simple one I have now. No
warranty is included and I will not be held responsible for any
damage it causes. This is just a standard butt covering measure of
course. It works fine on my system under windows for workgroups
3.11, so it should work ok for you.
Let me know if you want the simple version. I will be getting to work
on the editor, pretty soon hopefully.
