Mitch,
I have also been trying to figure out how to not have to recompile for
multiple site on one machine, I tried HTTPDIR in the config file and found
it didn't work, too . I got around the HTTPDIR problem by blanking it out:
#define HTTPDIR ""
and just left:
#define LOGFILE HTTPDIR"logs/access_log"
So in the default.cfg for each site I have a full path to the logfiles for
that site:
LOGFILE "/dept/cnstemp/www/logs/access_log*"
That override seems to work just fine.
However, I still haven't figured out the implications of #define ANALOGDIR.
Hope this is of some small use.
