Ah, yes, sorry, I didn't think of that: it has to be
  LOGFORMAT "#%j"

No, if DEBUG C is off you only get a message if the number of corrupt lines
is at least 1/11th of the total number lines and at least 10 (input.c:114).
Although the number always appears in the General Summary, of course, and in
the DEBUG S output.
