You don't have to. You can do SUBDOMAIN *.*
However, you will find that this doesn't work in most countries outside the
US, and even within the US some organisations really want a different number
of levels than 2, so you may have to add some other SUBDOMAIN commands by
hand. There doesn't seem to be a way to choose the right number of levels
automatically.
