You didn't write what Web server you're running, but let's
suppose that you have IIS4. II3 is similar.
Then, open your 'Internet Service Manager', find your Admin site
under 'Internet Information Server' and right-click on it, open
Properties | Web Site | TCP Port.
However, you are not correct, you don't need Admin web site
to find your log files. You can look at Analog config files
to find what files it reads, but if you prefer clicking,
then go to your web site, open Properties | Web Site and see if
Enable Logging is marked (probably is, since your Admin used
Analog before), and under Properties see where are
your log files stored.
