I obtained the list of spiders, etc. from another source, where they use a
different log analysis product, and each spider is in caps.

We process our web logs on a monthly basis and have over 90 million records
(and growing) each month.  I suppose it's not a major problem.  First I can
run just a browser report, then check for any new spiders and copy what I
need into the config file, then run the regular reports.  That will have to
become part of our monthly routine.

Thanks for the help; not knowing that the names are case sensitive was what
was really baffling me.
