What are you looking for exactly? The difference between them? BROWALIAS
converts browser names before they're processed. So some people like to
use commands like
  BROWALIAS "Mozilla/2.0 (compatible; *MSIE/3.2*" "MSIE/3.2"
(I'm not sure that's exactly right, but it's close).

BROWOUTPUTALIAS is only done at the time the output is written. If you did the
above with BROWOUTPUTALIAS, you would get several lines that say MSIE/3.2, one
for each type of MSIE/3.2 browser. How could you use BROWOUTPUTALIAS? Well,
for example, you could annotated some browsers, like
BROWOUTPUTALIAS Spambot/1.0 "Spambot/1.0 [my local indexing robot]"

Hope that clarifies.
