You haven't configured your server to run anlgform.exe rather than send it
out. You probably need to put it in a special \cgi-bin\ directory or something
like that.

If you're using IIS, there's a bug in the server which will stop you using the
form. I posted a message to this list earlier today about a patch. I'll send
you a copy privately too.
