Thanks for the fast reply. Yes, I'm using IIS. Also, I'm using the version of
anlgform from your post of earlier today --I understood that it should work
around the bug in IIS.
Meanwhile, I've made some progress. I've moved anlgform.exe to the cgi-bin
directory and made the corresponding adjustment to anlgform.html.
Now, when I submit the form, I get the following message back in my browser:
"\analog\analog.exe: Warning F: Failed to open configuration file analog.cfg:
ignoring it (For help on all errors and warnings, see
docs/errors.html) \analog\analog.exe: Warning F: Cannot find logfile in98*:
ignoring it \analog\analog.exe: Warning F: Failed to
open language file lang/us.lng: ignoring it \analog\analog.exe: Fatal error:
Can't find language file lang/us.lng: exiting Analog failed to
run or returned an error code. Maybe your server's error log will give a clue
why."
These messages are puzzling because analog.cfg, in9811.log, in9901.log and
in9902.log are all in the \analog directory with analog.exe itself. also,
\analog\lang\us.lng is there.

If you're using IIS, there's a bug in the server which will stop you using the
