This has come up once or twice before.
It would be useful to have a sample ANALOG.CFG with all the default
values that Analog assumes. (such as REQFLOOR 20r).
If I run analog -settings with a blank analog.cfg file, it tells me the
effect of all those default settings. But, with hindsight, I think it
might prove a valuable learning tool to see a complete ANALOG.CFG file,
with all possible settings set to their default values.
(Have I just volunteered myself to do that? If nobody else already has
such a file that they can post, I'll try to build one from scratch, by
expanding on the output from analog -settings).

You probably just need to set the REQFLOOR lower.
