You have to set the directory RELATIVE to the directory in your web
server that serves HTML pages. For instance, in my case, my ImageDir
is "IMAGEDIR /images/AnalogImages/"
That is because my image directory is in
"/usr/local/apache/share/htdocs/images/AnalogImages"

So since my HTML pages go into "/usr/local/apache/share/htdocs" my
image directory is whatever comes AFTER that.
