No, CASE [IN]SENSITIVE only applies to how it interprets the URLs found in the
logfile.
However, it might still be a cae problem. If the operating system returns the
filenames inside a directory in upper case, they may not match the string
you've put in. I don't have a Mac to test this though. Jason?
