Ok, then I'm confused. Why isn't the syntax interchageable between FROM and TO?
(e.g. FROM -00-00-30 is only last 30 days and TO -00-00-30 is everything until last
30 days.) And why doesn't TO -00-0131 mean everything until 131 months ago?
I guess I understood it to be {FROM|TO}[-]yy-mm-dd:hh:mm.
