Hi,

We're using a custom-written batch script which overwrites the previous log
file with the new file which includes all of the log for that month up to
the current day. The log file is named automatically by the batch script
with a month and a year.

The practical upshot of this is that the days logs get written to that
month's Analog file. However, this does mean re-processsing the entire
month's log file each day.
