I haven't had any problems with AT (as long as I executed a batch file, not
a single command).
It is possible that it's the permissions (although all files are readable
under Windows). But it could also be the pathnames, because the batch file
is run from the root directory, and analog's filenames are local. Try using
global filenames everywhere, or put a cd at the top of the batch file. Test
it by running the batch file from c:
