Analog says that there _may_ be double counting if the dates overlap. It
doesn't check the files to be sure if there was.

The config file will still be read. The logfile on the command line replaces
the one in the config file. The output will still go to the OUTFILE though,
not to log.html. If you want it to go to log.html you need "OUTFILE stdout"
in the config file, or +Olog.html on the command line.
(The reason for the last point is that analog never sees the "> log.html".
It's interpreted by the shell, and not passed to analog.)
