It may be that your only problem is the extra space. The command should look
like
UNCOMPRESS *.gz,*.z "c:..."
Uncompressing to standard output means that it doesn't try and create an
uncompressed file on disk. It just passes the uncompressed file to analog,
without ever putting it on disk. I don't know if winzip has this option
though. gzip does with the -c flag.
